The company is primarily engaged in the provision of professional engineering services to electricity producing plants. It was incorporated in December 1996 and has a registered head office located in Medio Cudeyo, Spain. The company is specialized in the maintenance and installation of mechanical systems and communication systems, with ample experience in nuclear services to the power generation industry, and well established in other areas such as petro-chemical plants, railway and marine industry, etc. It has its own shops to manufacture components and mechanical structures, also equipped with a clean area for electrical and instrumentation installations. Currently, the company is organized in three business units: Nuclear Services which cover all areas related to the primary coolant circuit and associated refueling equipment; Maintenance And Construction which comprises the Maintenance, Inspection and Construction operations on industrial plants; and Business development which covers all project phases.
